Biography:
Daniel Flanzig is the firm's lead trial attorney litigating cases in Nassau, Suffolk and the five boroughs of New York City as well as in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Courts. He has obtained multiple Verdicts and Settlements in excess of a Million Dollars on behalf of the firms clients. Mr. Flanzig has been awarded and maintains a Martindale Hubbel AV rating by his peers, the highest rating an attorney can obtain. He has been granted membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates forum for attorneys who have obtained trial verdicts in excess of One Million Dollars and has been consistently named a New York Super Lawyer as well as one of Long Island's "Top Legal Eagles" by Pulse Magazine. Mr. Flanzig has been repeatedly quoted in the New York Post, The Daily News, Long Island's Newday, as well as The New York Law and National Law Journals. He has also appeared on News 12 Long Island, Channel 11 News, CBS News and other news outlets with regard to high profile cases the firm has handled. He is a former member of the East Brunswick Rescue Squad and Rutgers University First Aid Squad. He served as a Civilian Intern in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Coast Guard, Group New York and as a legal intern with the Regional Counsel's Office fore the United States Custom Service. He is an active Member of the Nassau County Police Reserves as well as a Member and contributing columnist to the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs authoring articles on the rights and protection of Fire Fighters in New York State. He has also been a contributing writer for the New York Law Journal's "Outside Counsel" column.

Biography:
Ms. Flanzig has been an active litigator in New York for the past 26 years. Just recently one of her cases has been reported in the New York Law Journal as a"Top 25 Verdicts and Settlements of 2010" involving a pedestrian accidents in New York State and Recently been named one of "
New York's Super Lawyer" as report in the New York Times.
She heads up the firm's Mass Tort and Class Action practice including such high profile matters as the Avandia Class Action litigation, the well known Dow Corning Breast Implant Litigation and the infamous 1993 World Trade Center Bombing Litigation. She also headed the plaintiff's steering committee involving the notorious 1993 Colin Ferguson shooting aboard the Long Island Railroad.
Her practice includes many issues that are uniquely significant to women, including failure to diagnose breast cancer as well as the failure to provide adequate security or protection that results in sexual assaults or attacks on women. In addition to practicing general negligence, Cathy concentrates on insurance coverage issues, including Uninsured Motorist and No-Fault Coverage disputes and resolving Medicare, Workers Compensation and Private Health Care Carrier's Medical Liens.
She heads the firm's Appellate Practice and has successfully argued cases in the Appellate Divisions of the State. Ms. Flanzig serves as a official Court Mediator in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.
