Melon lawsuit filed

Luckily, it's now pear season.

It's been weeks of melon-related tragedies, with dozens of people sick and thirteen dead, and now the first lawsuit has erupted against Jensen Farms and Wal-Mart. A man, who may or may not be elderly, ate an entire melon by himself, resulting in a quick stomachache and a brutal headache almost two weeks later. The headache spiraled into something worse when his wife saw his eyes roll to the back of his head, and she immediately called 911. At the hospital, he tested positive for listeria.
